This smooth wine will pair perfectly with rich dishes, such as braised game with candied vegetables or a lamb tagine.

Made from old, low-yielding Carignan, Syrah and Grenache vines, the grapes are harvested manually when optimum maturity is reached.

The vinification remains traditional: first in cement vats, before continuing for 8 to 10 months in barrels, sheltered from the seasons.
