The White Square Root

The white Racine Carrée will go perfectly with sea bream tartare with lime, grilled vegetables accompanied by burrata, poultry with cream and herbs or even fresh cheeses such as goat or sheep)

The grapes come from beautifully ripe plots. Upon arrival at the winery, they undergo direct pressing. Once alcoholic fermentation has begun, the musts are transferred into oak barrels. Stirring occurs daily, and aging continues for a few months.

The color is pale yellow with green highlights, bright and crystalline.
The nose is intense and complex, revealing aromas of ripe white-fleshed fruits (Williams pear, white peach), accompanied by notes of dried fruits (fresh almond, hazelnut) and a delicately toasted touch evoking brioche or lightly roasted fruits.

The attack on the palate is supple and delicate. The palate presents a beautiful balance between roundness and freshness.

The texture is ample and silky, with a nice volume in the mid-palate, supported by a fine and perfectly controlled acidity, offering a fresh and elegant finish.
